August 3–7: Only materials from the Archives and the reference collection will be available in the Reading Room

Dear Visitors,
From 3 to 7 August 2026 (Monday–Friday), the main stacks of the JHI Library will be unavailable due to renovation works. During this period, only resources from the Archives and the reference collection will be available in the Reading Room.


Readers planning to consult books kept in the main stacks are kindly asked to submit their requests by Friday, 31 July 2026, so that the requested items can be prepared in advance.


We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

New regulations for using JHI collections – note
All cases regarding the access to the JHI collections, started before February 2021 (and earlier), i.e. when the old regulations on the use of the JHI collections were in force, should be completed by the end of June this year.
