The ceremonial Hanukkah concert 2023/5784

We have the pleasure to invite you to the annual ceremonial Hanukkah concert, which will take place on December 7, 2023, at 7 p.m. in the Warsaw Philharmonic!

As every year, we invite you to celebrate Hanukkah together and to take part in a ceremonial concert during which we will light the first candle at this year's hanukkiah.
The program includes fragments of George Friedrich Händel's oratorio Judas Maccabaeus performed by the orchestra and choir of the Warsaw  Philharmonic conducted by Maciej Tomasiewicz.
The concert will take place on December 7, 2023 (25 Kislev 5784) at 7:00 p.m. in the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall at Sienkiewicza 10 St. in Warsaw.

’The Great Synagogue Restores Memory’. Live broadcast at 8 PM
’The Great Synagogue, destroyed by Nazi Germany after the fall of the ghetto uprising, will be symbolically rebuilt for the third time. The image of the synagogue emerging from the rubble will appear on the wall of the Blue Tower, on the facade of the building, which took the place after the Great Synagogue after the war’.
