Paweł Śpiewak’s thorny path, From „Żydokomuna” to żydokomuna [Jewish Bolshevism]

Paweł Śpiewak, Żydokomuna. Historical interpretation

The subject of communists, particularly Jewish, has always existed in historical consciousness, propaganda and research. Before the war, existed even the Institute of Scientific Research of Communism. In recent years, in Poland, it has been researched by August Grabski, Stanislaw Krajewski, Joanna Nalewajko-Kulikov, and in terms of foreign researchers, for example, now deceased Moshe Mishkinski, and Jaff Schatz. Almost parallel to the book by Paweł Śpiewak, books by Henryk Zamojski and Marcin Zaremba, including chapters on „żydokomuna” [Jewish Bolshevism], were published. There are visible differences between the approaches of both authors to the problem, to which we will return later.
