Apparently, Tuwim did not like interviews. And according to Nojech Pryłucki, he also was not good at giving them. And yet, we have enough interviews with Tuwim to publish a small volume.

In 1948, Julian Tuwim assumed the responsibility of the Chairperson of the Society of Friends of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, which had reactivated in Poland after the war.
