Portrait of the generation of March 1968 is of special significance in the considerations of the author. She profiles masters of the generation, guides in search of the identity of, among others, Marek Edelman, of whom she writes: „If anyone asks a question about what it means to be a Jew and how to be a Jew during and after the Holocaust (especially in post-war and contemporary Poland), they cannot stop at the person of Marek Edelman.”
