The Prime Minister Donald Tusk visited the Jewish Historical Institute on the day preceding the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.

The Prime Minister Donald Tusk visited the Jewish Historical Institute on the day preceding the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. 

The politician was one of the first to see the exhibition Polish art and the Holocaust. The director of the institute, Paweł Śpiewak, the curator of the exhibition, Teresa Śmiechowska and the designer and of exhibition, Tomasz Lec, showed the Prime Minister around the exposition rooms.

At the end, the politician met with Symcha Ratajzer-Rotem, one of the last few living insurgents of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising as well as Samuel Willenberg, a participant in the revolt and an escapee from the extermination camp in Treblinka.
