A system of collective responsibility. A Jew has robbed a power station using a fake meter. He could not afford to pay a fine of 100zl, so the neighbours from the building had to pay that amount. [...] High prices are constantly getting even higher. A kilogram of potatoes costs today (6th April) 1.50zl, black bread — 6zl, white -7.50zl. It is just impossible to stand it all. The moods worsened as a result of the arrest of Czerniaków. [...] In the ghetto, you feel lack of disinfectants and drugs in general. Some time ago they ordered [them] in Transferstelle, but there have not been any response yet.
