dr Anna Rosner

Anna M. Rosner is a historian specializing in Jewish culture and history, researching specifically Jewish-Polish relations in WWII and the early post-war era. She works at the Emanuel Ringelblum Jewish Historical Institute where she carries out interdisciplinary research on these subjects by incorporating demographic and sociological tools into her historical studies. Rosner has vast teaching experience, having been a lecturer at post-graduate level courses run by the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Third-Age Universities, mainly on Jewish-Polish coexistence. She has a PhD and an MA from the History Department at the University of Warsaw and she also holds a second MA degree from the Parkes Institute at Southampton University, where she specialized in Jewish pre-WWII migrations to the UK.
